Full-screen window not focused on in Mozilla & Firefox

When I click the "Enlarge Editor" button in Mozilla or Firefox, the full-screen editor window opens but it sits in the background, it does not become automatically active. In IE, the new window gets the focus and becomes active automatically. (Tested in my vanilla installation of Moodle 1.5.2+ and at moodle.org today.)

This is causing me (and my users) a lot of trouble and since I confirmed that in earlier versions of Moodle the enlarged editor window got activated even in Mozilla or Firefox, I filed this as a bug.
