I am getting the following errors on all pages:
Warning: main(c:\inetpub\wwwroot\moodle/lib/adodb/adodb.inc.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\moodle\lib\setup.php on line 104
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\moodle/lib/adodb/adodb.inc.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\moodle\lib\setup.php on line 104
This started appearing after following the upgrade instructions from this site.
All permissions on the folders are the same as before the upgrade and it worked fine.
Any ideas on what's wrong?
