With your shared server configured using php/mysql; use an FTP program like http://www.wsftp.com/downloads/index.asp
Then upload the Moodle folder to your "html" web folder. Configure
your config.php file before you upload. Cpanel does not edit well.
Also, configure your database with correct permissions.
