Hello,
Currently I am running Moodle 1.4.5. It is hosted on a Linux based server. For better server performance on different fronts, I am seriously considering migration to another web host. This host provides only Windows hosting (IIS 5.0) with php and mysql and meets the requirements of Moodle as mentioned in its documentation.
Can somebody outline the detailed step by step instructions that need to be followed for secure migration and subsequent possible upgrade to 1.5.2.
