It's a small change, but will make a big difference I think - the editing page now separates the string files so they can be edited one at a time. That lanugage page was getting very very long!!
If you have CVS with write access, you can get this new script simply by updating the admin/lang.php file (you don't have to update the whole lot if you don't want to).
Otherwise, you can replace it manually with the attached version.
