Hello Deborah. To post handhouts you would upload these as a file - please see the documentation File resource settings
If you can say more about posting exams (do you mean you want to upload exam papers or you want students to actually do exams on Moodle) then we can help with that too.
I'm not sure what you mean by "how to address redirect" but if you can start a new discussion thread with this, I am sure people can assist.
