Sorry, but your IP number seems to have changed from when you first logged in

This is a message that one of our clients is receiving.  The person has been at the same computer... however, the IP address may have been released and renewed.

Clearing cache, cookies, etc.  does nothing to resolve the problem.  I did a search of this error and have discovered that I need to change a config.php parameter "$CFG->tracksessionip" to off in order to resolve the problem.

I'm a complete newbie to moodle... I logged into my host and see that this is apparently a joomla based system?  Where do I find the config.php file for my site?

Hi Wayne - have you found a resolution to this problem?  My error screen is the same but gives the option to hit F5 to refresh and login again.  This works for some users but not others...when it doesn't work, they try to refresh then login again and get bumped to the same error message (a vicious circle).  Any insights you've gathered would be welcomed.
