Is it possible to work on two different courses, but only making changes on one?
For example:
I have courses A and B.
If I add a page or a documente on topic 1 of the course A, it automaticaly do the same thing on course B.

Not really. The closest you can get is to use Meta courses where more than one course can refer to another course.
