I want to seperate the departments/faculties within our Moodle.
Each of the departments have their own courses, their students, etc
The request now came to set up an administrative role limited to this department.
Tasks for this Administrative role would be to create/edit courses and manage the users (add, suspend, ...) and cohorts but not to have access to do this for another department.
Can I create a role that can have access to the user section in Site Administration but filtered to his department only? Filtering could be based on a user field (fi Department).
Also the list of users in a manual enrollment within a course should be limited to those filtered users only.
