How can I add an advanced grading to moodle forum and using the rubics?
Anyone knows how to do that?

Unfortunately, all you can do is rate forums and assign a grade that way. To use Advanced Grading you would need to add an assignment in addition to the forum for the sole purpose of grading the forum entries.
There is an Advanced Forum plugin that I believe allows direct grading. I've been trying to get my school to check it out. Grading forums with a rating system is useless to us. We end up enabling ratings for the forum, just so it will appear in the gradebook, and then manually typing a score for a forum into the grading grid.

The plugin page for this is here. There is one for 2.5. But the comments say that advanced grading is not supported. I don't know for sure what that means. I have only used this on a MoodleRooms site. It worked very well, but we used the Joule Grader to grade it if we weren't using scales/ratings.
