Workshop

I am confuse with the many options for the Workshop setting.

I need to setup a workshop for 30 students to submit  their work and their works to be availalbe immediately for assessment by other student. Each student can assess as many student as they can. Once the assessment is done, the originator must be able to see the feedback.
Student is not allow to assess his/her own work.

In this scenario, what should the setting be like?
