Click on MDL-48715, and sign in. From there, click on the button that says "More" and scroll down to "add vote".

i do not completely see the result of "time spent" and how it is implemented, (to much to look into at this moment in time) but see need for it. all i can do at this time is give vote for it. to get it going. and get it put into moodle. and at later time look back at it, and say hey lets change a couple more things here and here. to make it better. or some such.
