Hello, Is that possible to exclude the weekend days from the weekly format?
for example I set a course that start on Feb 17, 2015 for 18 sessions.
the course format shows 7 days a week:
etc.
Feb 21 and 22 are weekends no school
Feb 28 and March 1 are weekends no school
So I'm really looking to have the format as the following:
16 February - 20 February
23 February - 27 February
etc.

What happens when you change the default period duration from 1 week to 5 days? The first section will be week 1 with the default period duration of 5 days. The next section will be the weekend with no activities and resources where you will open the section title and enable "override period duration." Set this to 2 days and hide the whole section manually.
The third section (week 2) will start with Monday and last until Friday. This period will have the default duration again (5 days).

You are almost there. Turn editing mode on and click on the wheel for the week '26 February - 2 March'. At the bottom you need to enable "override period duration" and set this particular period to two days. Save and hide the weekend in the main course page. Then the user will only see the shorter weeks without weekends. You need to do this for every other section as they will be the weekend sections.
