What do you mean by "Answer sheet"? Why do you want to print it (what does that achieve educationally?)
This looks to me like an administrative or time saving outcome rather than an educational one.
Do you mean a "Blank question sheet with no answers" or what?

Thank you for your response. As to my question, Once the student finished quiz activity, we want to have an option to print/or send via e-mail the answer key only - in separate from the question (only the answer key with out questions). The current version allow to print/send via e-mail attachment both the answer and questions together. The reason why we want to have a separate answer key print/send via e-mail option, the professor who manage the course and the moodle site administrator are different. As a result, professors have a concern. Furthermore, sending the answer key in print/electronic version is more applicable to our systems.

@Tim, Student do not have access to Quiz administration -------->Results --------> Responses link. We want student to print/and send via e-mail the answer key.
Why not just use the Moodle quiz the way it is designed to be used?
We produce the course materials and faculty members in university and college administered the course materials in a way they like. Some faculty members want to have the print out/soft copy due to administration purpose. It is very important to them and we want to add the option in our online learning management system.
