I'm installed a block in my side but i have a problem and i don't know what is it? .
First : Whe i'm stalling i select the option "Actulizar la base de datos ahora"

Second: After that all passes ok but still on the windows and when go to the index url send me to the before picture.
Can anyone helpme with this issue, i don't know how to resolver.

As most people in these forums have English as a first language you might try putting the text here in English. I just got Google translate to convert part of it into
"It has overlooked the language pack upgrade 'en' " which suggests there is an issue with the language support or its upgrade.
The other issue is that I can see the word Totara which is a "distribution" of Moodle and not core Moodle so you should be able to get support from the people behind that. Most people reading these forums are not running Totara.
It would also be useful to know what the block is supposed to do and where did it come from.
