I'm using Moodle 2.8.1
I just want ask if there are Moodle plugins that I can use/install to block any vulnerable attacks of hackers, viruses, scams?

I understand the thought behind this, but it seems Moodle in itself takes security seriously, so that it is not generally vulnerable to most standard hacking techniques. And when it's found to be, rather that blocking it in a plugin, it's fixed in the core.
There is quite a bit of information in the Moodle documentation about security (https://docs.moodle.org/28/en/Security). If you read and follow the recommendations, you should be in good shape for security.
