You have cut off your screen-grab too small. We need to see some of the columns over on the right.
For the highlighted rows, Discrimination Index will be small. What Discrimination Index looks at is the score that students got on this question, compared to the score they got on the whole quiz. If many students got a high score on the whole quiz, but got this question wrong (or, the other way around, lots of students who got an bad overall score got this question right) then the Discrimination index will be low.
The may cause you to worry, and you may want to look again at that question to make sure it is right.
