* Flash file (.swf)
* HTML-file (.html); should open the above swf-file
* video (.wmv)
* image (.jpg)
* text-file (.txt)
The problem is that the first 4 resources are not displayed properly:
-> SWF: popup window opens but the movie is not loaded
-> HTML: popup window opens but the movie is not loaded; in the end of the popup window is a string '</htm'
-> WMV: popup opens the Mediaplayer subwindow but gives an error "The source filter for this file could not be loaded."
-> JPG: popup window opens but the image is not displayed; by clicking the "Direct link to this file" gives no success.
-> TXT: popup window opens and displays the text-file, however there is a string '</' added to the end of the content
The link for the jpg-file looks like this: http://10.1.1.130/moodle/file.php?file=/3/pic.jpg (see the attachment)
Administration -> Variables
+ slasharguments = file.php?file=/pic.jpg
+ allowobjectembed = true
All these files work fine outside the Moodle as well as in my previous Moodle installation (1.4 + (2004083100)).
++ If I put the file in the webserver directory and create the direct link to it, it also displays correctly.
So, it seems that there is something wrong with the media files IF they are inside the 'moodledata' folder...
Every input will be appreciated!
