I don't know what I am missing. I would like to add a block to the My home page for all users but the only option moodle gives me is to modify my own user page.
Am guessing this has to do with user role permission. I am in the system as a manager.
What to do?
The place to do this is in Site administration > Appearance > Default My home page
If users have customised this, they won't get the changes however, unless you remove their customised ones. (Database, mdl_my_pages, delete all rows except the first two)
