Uhhhh ... next time ... don't wait so long to ask for help.   We **ALL** could use a helping hand sometimes! ;)

The issue not finding a file *could be* related to:

1. during upgrade filedir in moodledata and contents thereof got tagged as belonging to root user as opposed to apache user/group.   Try cd /pathtomoodledata/  where you can see moodledata when using ls.   Then chown apache:apache moodledata -R

chown (change owner/group) command

apache:apache ... first one is owner.  second one is group

moodledata the folder to execute upon

-R recursive ... ie, get moodledata and all contents contained therein belonging to the same owner/group.

And just to make sure ... at the same location: chmod ug+rw moodledata -R

makes sure the user/group can read/write.

OR

2. the filename with spaces - those %20 encoding you see in the URL's.   Rename a file so that it contains no spaces.   Upload that one and see if that corrects the link.    Find the setting for 'slasharguments' in Moodle and set that opposite of what it is.

3. Allowed memory size error comes from a php.ini setting.

Clip from a linux php.ini file:

; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB)
; http://php.net/memory-limit
memory_limit = 128M

Changes to php.ini require restart of apache to take affect.
