Hello,
Does Moodle track who modifies a student record, particularly a deletion?
I can see that the deleted flag is set to 1 on several users in the users table and I need to know who is deleting these students so we know why they were deleted.
If Moodle doesn't track who is modifying records, I will need to look into creating a new table somewhere for this purpose.
