Whilst updating Shoelace to FontAwesome 4.3.0 (hopefully Essential soon), I saw that it comes with the new font file format WOFF2. When looking at the console I was surprised to find that the theme did not download the font. I double checked the code was right, so went hunting for an issue and found MDL-46728. So, I've taken it over and hope that I can persuade the integrators to accept the changes as a 'bug' and hence allow updates to M2.7 and M2.8 as well as M2.9. If its an enhancement then the change will go into M2.9+. Therefore, please could you kindly vote for the issue so that it gets kudos.
