I am having a couple problems with the Online Users block and My Home. I use My Home as the default page, rather than Front Page. The default My Home doesn't have an Online Users block, but when users click "Customize", they automatically get the block added. How can I prevent this from happening?
Second, I would like to hide Online Users system-wide, except for the administrator account. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention that I'm on version "Moodle 2.8.2+ (Build: 20150115)Version 2014111002.02".
Also, I override the system roles so that users can't view the list or add the block, but the block still gets automatically added when they click to customize their My Home. The block only displays the number of users. What's even stranger is that only the Online Users and Administration blocks can't be automatically deleted.
There's no Online Users block added to the default My Home layout.
Any ideas, anyone...?
