I am administering a course which rewards badges upon its successful completion (over 70%). The problem, is recently some people are receiving the confirmation email but the link in the email does not link them to a badge. They do not appear in the list of participants who successfully completed the course either.
This is only happening with only some people, most people do receive the email which successfully links to the badge within Moodle. This is also only a very recent problem.
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of issue?

The message received is as follows but the 'My Badges' link forwards to Moodle but the message displays: 'there are no badges available'.
