Hi Mary,

yep, it's me from your course. Loving it smile So many good Moodlers helping out with everyone's doubts. Perfect learning situationsmile

Regarding your suggestion - I must wait a little because my colleague (Raul Fernandez) is trying to install the back up copy that I made from https://learn.moodle.net/pluginfile.php/109073/user/backup/backup-moodle2-course-5388-yl_pron-20150120-1223-nu.mbz?forcedownload=1, https://learn.moodle.net/backup/restorefile.php

Will try out your suggestion too and get back to you.

The sun's really shining now smile

James

James- your links look very dodgy there -  how did you make the back up? (Splitting this now) Did you follow the instructions in the Week 4 lesson?

Yes I did, thanks.

I have created another back up file and hope that it's not 'dodgy' smile

Your course backup should read like in this screenshot  - I went to your course and backed  it up (saw all the other ones) They have backed up correctly but the link you are posting here seems to be when you right click the download button, rather than clicking it, downloading onto your computer and then going to the new course

Mary, you're an angel smile

I can't for the life of me think why I right clicked instead of just clicking.

Successfully, restored on my Moodle Platform.

One happy participant,

James
