No. I don't think the MySQL tables will help (yet)...
What version of Moodle are you running?
You can always do a copy using backup and restore. Not ideal; but may get you where you want to be.
Can you post me a copy of the questionnaire you are using? Maybe post a backup zip of just the questionnaire.
