Hello,
I don't know why, but when I try to edit a quiz, and I click the 'add' button and usually gives 3 options, I am only seeing one, the other options are hidden (please see the image). The only way to select what I need is to use the cursors on keyboard.
How can I fix this?

Seems like a bug, have you contacted the developer with:
Moodle version.
Theme version.
Steps to reproduce.

If you are using Moodle 2.8, then it could be the Quiz Edit page, as I think the quiz editing page has been updated, at least I think I am right in saying this, so the Elegance theme may not be the right theme to be using in this case. Have you tried another theme, like More or Clean?
