Thanks for the replies and I have past on the information.

Unfortunately, the problems persist.

As always, I enter my students manually one by one and when we have a few, I schedule a date for a session and the emails should be sent to the students and the manager.

  • The first session only one student was notified!
  • The second session some students were notified, but not all! 
  • The next 12 sessions all students were notified but no manger email went out!

The problem has still not been resolved and cron was singled out.

As I understand it, the problem has to do with the upgrade to Moodle 2.8 and that the F2F plugin has not been updated. It appears that it is not a priority of the developers. What a shame, as this plugin has worked very well in the past and is important to my operation.

Does anyone knows another plugin that could be used instead?

Should I revert to an older Moodle?

Or is there anyone out there that has the ability to update the F2F plugin?
