Thanks for the replies and I have past on the information.
Unfortunately, the problems persist.
As always, I enter my students manually one by one and when we have a few, I schedule a date for a session and the emails should be sent to the students and the manager.
- The first session only one student was notified!
- The second session some students were notified, but not all!
- The next 12 sessions all students were notified but no manger email went out!
