Embed a PDF

Hi guys.

I'm building a lesson and would really embed a PDF on a page (not just link). This will help us to keep the student in the lesson and not be led to other programs. I also know that Moodle support HTML, but I've tried three different ways to code embedding of a PDF and it just turns up blank. I've embedded pictures, videoes and SQORM-packages before, but it seems I've got a problem with PDF's.. Can anyone help?

Hey,

I don't have an answer to your question, but since you don't need it to be a PDF (since you're embedding it), you could 'File--Save As' a PNG and embed the image of the PDF.

Well, I need to get a document on a static URL from another organization and it's a PDF. I could save it as a picture and link, but then I loose updates in the document from the URL.

I found an article on the matter, but still can't seem to make it work in our installation.
