I"m using 2.5
I have the same theme in several moodle sites
but ther is one that the Show/Hide Moodle icon in course section.
I copied the same theme to all the site but in one it doesnt work...no icon

The icon is normally controlled by the course format / styled by. But the theme can override it. Does the issue happen on the Clean theme and if so what course format is used on that course?

,The theme is not clean ,I used it on several sites with no problem
It is very stange , no metter which cours format I choose I can"t see the icon
, I copied the same theme from another Moodle, there it worked O.k
.It seems to me that this is a problem in all this site, it is impossible to see this icon also in other courses
I looked also in the pix folder and found the Icon

In that case it sounds like you have some custom CSS in the theme's settings (that end up in the DB) - hence the disparity despite the files being the same. Use browser development tools to see if the icon is in the mark-up and if so, then you'll be able to look for iffy CSS.

does it will rmove also what I have in the DB?

Look in the Custom CSS setting box for the theme.

Ok, the url 'http://tikshoovmerkaz.tik-tak.co.il/theme/image.php?theme=avalon&component=core&image=i%2Fhide' when used on it's own has the server serving the image, therefore there is some CSS somewhere hiding it.
Look in under Site administration -> Appearance -> Themes -> Avalon etc. to find the Custom CSS box.

In that case, must be some other CSS elsewhere. Is the theme publicly available?

Ok, as the theme is not publicly available, then this is getting into the realms of specific site support, where my answers here would not benefit the community as a whole.
Therefore to continue would require me solving the issue for you in a contractor support context. This would have to be remunerated.
