That's a very similar approach to the one I took as a short-term work around. I set up a "Contacts" block and added each contact entry as an individual label, then added:
<p><a href="mailto:username@domain.com">Email Your Coach</a></p>
as the label text.
It just seemed to me (a novice Moodler)) that there should be a more obvious and efficient solution. Like some sort of "course contacts" setting or something like that.
