I have dnd the watermark into the Background image field. I have set the Background repeat set to vertical and the Background position set to center center. I have checked the Background fixed check box. And, saved changes.
When I review the settings, I notice that under the background image dnd box, it says "Default: Empty".
When I review the page or book, nothing has changed in either Admin or Student roles.
The image file is in png format.
Any suggestions?
