I am creating an online learning site that needs to have two groups of courses - publicly listed for anyone registered on the site to enroll in and those hidden from everyone unless they are manually enrolled in. The basic thought is to have a hidden category and a public category. I have enabled and setup the self enroll features for the publicly listed courses.
The challenge I am running into are courses that I don't want to show when 'all courses' is selected or in the course category. Perhaps it is my novice experience with Moodle, but it seems you can have one or the other (self enrolled courses or manually enrolled courses). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
