Gradebook

We've installed the MyGrades plugin on the front page of our site because students want to see a list of all the classes they've taken and the grades they've achieved next to each class. They want to see these in a snapshot.

The problem is that for some reason--even if a student completes the two completion requirements for a course: 1) viewing the files, 2) getting a grade on a quiz--the grades aren't always showing up in the MyGrades box. Sometimes they never show up. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes it appears that there is a time-lag of a few hours before they show up.

Additionally, if I go into the Gradebook to look up completions, it's not showing them. This is particularly so with quizzes where people can have multiple tries.

I have the quizzes set up like this. 

I haven't had issues with quizzes previously but right now it seems to suddenly be a problem.

Any ideas?
