Hi Juan

Hope your well

i have just updated to 2.7 and configured moodle mobile.

i have access to my site via the app no problem but im not receiving any push notifications.

i have an air notification reference etc

any idea's

there is no problem if you need an account smile

Hi,

notifications were working in your previous install? Did you upgrade the local_mobile plugin (if you are using it) to the 2.7 specific version?

I did a fresh install of all the latest plugin's on mobile additional features version 2014060408

This is just so other are aware.

the problem was that our server system adminstrator had changed the root name of the directory moodle was installed into but had forgotten to update the cron.php link and if you use it the ladap sync users.

Hence why push notifications didn't work!!

This is just information for you all as such a simple oversight can create so much of a headache!!
