I think I can make due with the first option you mentioned in this comment: instantiating a field multiple times. However, I would like any view of the data to display all and only fields with entered data. So, in the Address example, if a user fills in details for Address1-Address3, is there a way to keep empty fields Address4 and 5 hidden from a view of entries?
This is mostly an aesthetic issue, in my case--I hope to have a form without superfluous, empty fields.
