thank you both for help me, yes print screen was for wrong table but mdl_log is also empty. I am using 2.7 , I did not enable legacy log for performance , I read it is better not to enable it.
what I understand that in Moodle 2.7 or above I need to use mdl_logstore_standard_log & event table to have same results of this report
