Moderating a forum in a big Moodle site can be too naive. Especially with only one admin is a assign. Adding a list of moderator would ease the pain of admin. But this is only applicable to open forum where everybody or every students can post a topic and reply to a topic.
In this way, students are being monitored now and then.
