I am getting the following error occasionally with the latest echo-assignment on moodle 1.5.2 when attempting to submit a feedback file:
File was uploaded OK but could not update your submission
This error seems fairly random. It does not effect every student in the same newassignment and it does not always effect the same student.
To get it to work I went into the submissions table and had to manually add the values for feedback file, feedbackfileteacher and feedbacktimeuploaded.
Any thoughts anyone as to the cause?
