We are using Moodle 2.4.
Occasionally we have staff that take courses at our college for credit. In our user system on Moodle, the staff would be listed as Course Creators. However, they may be enrolled in various courses as students. I don't recall this ever being an issue before this week. I have two staff members taking an accounting course. Both are enrolled as students (I've checked enrollments), but when either tries to check their grades within the course, they get the message:
as if they are trying to see ALL grades (from within their student role) instead of seeing just their own grades in the user report. The actual instructor of the course (and me as admin) can see the appropriate user report for both individuals, with all grades intact.
When looking at an individual assignment grade (from the course page) the system works as expected (she sees only her grade and feedback).
What am I missing? I looked at permissions for each user, and permission is set YES to view individual user report in Grades.
The only other odd thing I noticed about both users within in the course, is they both have "import" and "restore" capabilities for the course under their settings.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
