Since 2.7ish the Scorm player currently checks every 5 seconds to see if the latency is more than 2 seconds based on uploading a text file and then warns the user ""Alert - theSCORMplayerhas determined that your internet connection is unreliable or has been interrupted. If you continue in thisSCORMactivity your program may not be saved. You should exit the activity now and return when you have a dependable internet connection <OK>""
This is being changed as it was too aggressive and was causing problems

I have been asked what is a good global latency figure.
Can anyone advise what the longest latency they have with a customer ?
Do people still use dial up with Moodle?
