We are starting to utilize the Discussion Forums in our Moodle 1.9 (Currently working on upgrading at this time).
I'm trying to figure out a few things.
1. How would we moderate posts/users (ban users - time out type of thing for inflamatory or vulgar comments) These are paying students/clients and we can't just remove them from a course.
2. Is there a way to merge threads/posts within a forum? In case folks ask the same question over and over again?
3. Is there a way to create a "sticky" post/thread that stays at the top?
Are any of these things easy to configure in more current versions of Moodle?
