I don't have that Personality test add-on but here's something worth checking:
- Go in to the permissions settings for your questionnaire.
- Find 'mod/questionnaire:readallresponses'
- If student is listed there as being allowed that permission, remove it, and set it at 'prohibit'.
That might do it.
