Is there a some setting that must be adjusted so that images in a forum post are embedded in the email as they are in a post rather than as an attachment?
I notice that a post in the Quiz forum here send out email with embedded images whereas the HotPot forum has email with the images as attachments even though they are embedded in the forum post.

I'm not sure but it may depend on the type of image. I think jpg can be embedded but png cannot. Does that fit with what you reported about the images in Quiz and HotPot posts?

Glad to see you hang out here too. Yeah, maybe it is the type of image. I will have to give it a try. It is only with emailing that I notice this problem.

I just ran a test using a jpg image in a forum post. There is an outline of the image but no image. The alternate name for the image shows.
