Error upgrading v1.6 Dev - appears to involve SCORM mod

Hello!

Placed a bug [Bug #3773] about this.

During upgrade/install of v1.6 Dev, received an error message like the one below at the top of a blank page. Could not continue upgrade.

Warning: main(xml2array.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/22/d12345678/htdocs/moodledev/mod/scorm/lib.php on line 6

I also receive the same error message upgrading to 1.5.2. I then tried doing a fresh intall of 1.5.2 and receive the same error message. Any ideas?

Here is the error message.
