I use Moodle 2.6 and 2.8

I need to load the questionnaires uploaded into moodle.
I need something like a web services.

What I want is that my APP can access the already uploaded questionnaires.
  Once loaded, I need to read all the questionnaires to show their titles to the users of my APP.
