Potential bug in question bank?

I'm using 2.8 and when I create multiple choice questions after I click "Create new question" all the contents of the previous question still show up. It's either a bug or some kind of PHP config I'm missing.

Obviously Moodle doesn't refresh server memory from previous question. 

Has anybody seen this?

I have never seen this.

Are you sure it is not your web browser caching the previous input from the form?
