I'm trying to find a way to let a teacher mark an activity as complete. Normally, the activities are automatically marked as complete when the user completes the SCORM, but in some case we need to bypass this process and let a teacher mark it as complete (when students have validated the course outside moodle).
My understanding of what's possible is quite unclear. This is not directly possible and there is a Jira for this feature : https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-37361
Yet, several people, including this post (https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=218954#p1092249) indicate that giving a grade can be used to mark the activity as complete. This is related to the "Require grade" setting of the activity : https://docs.moodle.org/27/en/Activity_completion_settings#Require_grade
I have tried to work with this setting, but I could not get the activity marked as complete when setting a grade in the grade book. The activity report is unchanged. Am I missing something ?
