I have a course that is not showing as completed for a certain user, and the user definitely completed the course. It is a scorm package created with Articulate, and all it does is play through a bunch of slides. The user clicks on "Exit Module" when the presentation is done, and the course Activity Completion configuration is set up to "Pass" when the user is done. See the attached screen shot for activity completion settings.
I can look up the user's activity in the Interactions Report for this course, and it shows as "Passed" with a green checkmark. See attached screen shot of the interactions report. However, the course does not show as completed for this user in the moodle table "mdl_course_modules_completion" and it should.
I know this works for a course with the exact same configuration settings, but it does not work for this one. Any ideas on what is going wrong?
