Copy the actual link from the Network Server block and then add it to the text you want to link from in the marketing spot as normal.
Obviously it's not just a standard link to your Mahara install, it should look something like http://mymoodlesite.com/auth/mnet/jump.php?hostid=2 (I assume the actual hostid number would depend on various factors?).
